Aquifer Press works in the collection and publication of literature and art made out of necessity and brought to life with authentic voice. Out of all that is pressurized and filtered to the top, welled up and back into the ground, we give you a series of taps to share, a rotating selection of every way and word to overturn, to inspire, and to move to movement.

What we publish is not academic, though it may be a manual to some. We will wander through genre and form like a river through the trees. These are the dearest and most difficult things we have to say to one another, and they come with a feeling that is not really nervousness and a truth that is not always easy to swallow.

As a press, we seek to close many chasms between our authors and our readers. How? By hand-crafting everything, meeting and working with our artists and writers in person, and providing a steady flow of fresh work. This is a revolution in a stagnant age.
